The customer is the controller and Keeprun is the processor of personal data contained in agent calls.
Keeprun processes redacted call data to provide reliability checks, holds and reporting, for the duration of the subscription.
Encryption in transit and at rest, redaction before storage, access controls, and tenant isolation (see the Security page).
Listed on the Sub-processors page. We notify of changes before they take effect.
Data is hosted in our provider's stated region. Standard contractual clauses apply where required.
On request, we provide information reasonably necessary to demonstrate compliance.
