Keeprun processes data on behalf of its customers. For your agents' call data, you are the controller and Keeprun is the processor.
Metadata and redacted payloads by default. Redaction runs before storage. Full payloads are opt-in per agent and encrypted.
Event history is kept per your plan (7, 30 or 90 days). The audit log is kept one year. A nightly job purges older data.
You can export and delete your data from the dashboard. For data-subject requests, contact privacy@keeprun.io.
We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics where possible, and ask consent for anything non-essential.
