Quickstart (MCP)

1. Sign up and create an agent. Copy its key (shown once).

2. Connect your upstream MCP server. Keeprun gives you a URL:

https://mcp.keeprun.io/v1/<YOUR_AGENT_KEY>/<UPSTREAM_ID>/mcp

3. Point your MCP client at it. For Claude Desktop:

4. Send a call. It appears in your live log within seconds. You start in shadow mode, so nothing is blocked.

5. Set a rule or two, label a few would-have events, then turn on hold mode when you are ready.
